Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns Policy

Princess Collection is not required to provide a refund or replacement if the customer:

  • Changes their mind
  • Finds the item(s) cheaper elsewhere
  • No longer wants or needs the item(s)

Princess Collection will, however, provide a refund or exchange if there is a major issue with the item(s) before they leave our showroom. This includes cases such as:

  • Incorrect colour, size, or style upon arrival.

Once the item(s) leave our showroom, Princess Collection cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the items.

For issues that are not major, such as missing buttons or loose threads, Princess Collection will offer to repair the item(s) at no additional cost to the customer.

Delayed Orders

If an item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe ahead of the client’s event date, Princess Collection will offer:

  • A full refund of any payments made
  • Or a replacement item to the nearest description.

Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled for any reason (e.g., event cancellation), Princess Collection is unable to refund any money already paid. Payments made cover costs associated with creating, purchasing, and delivering the originally ordered item(s) and cannot be applied to another order.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items may be discontinued or part of clearance stock.

Appointment Booking Fee

Princess Collection requires a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure initial appointments with our contracted seamstress. This fee will be deducted from the final invoice for any alterations or customisations completed by the seamstress.

Quotes for alterations or customisations are provided based on initial assessments and may change if the customer requests additional or different work.

Use of Alternative Seamstress

Should a customer choose to use an alternative seamstress after an initial appointment with our contracted seamstress, the booking fee will not be refunded. The item(s) will only be released to the customer if they are paid for in full.

Altered Items

Any item(s) that have been altered to meet specific measurements or customer preferences (e.g., hem shortening, size adjustments) are considered customised and, therefore, non-refundable.
