Bridal Stylist - Full Time

The Princess Collection is a locally owned and  operated business. The Princess Collection offers all brides the ultimate wedding dress shopping experience. With a massive showroom just 10 minutes out of Adelaide CBD. The Princess Collection help brides celebrate their own personal style that represents their true self. The Princess Collection showroom exclusively offers internationally sought-after designer brands Pronovias, House of St Patrick, White One, Nicole Milano Couture and Nicoletta. The established showroom  exudes an elevated, modern chic vibe and provides a stunning stage for showcasing our breathtaking designer wedding dresses. The Princess Collection bridal showroom is the destination for transforming dress dreams into the most amazing reality. 

We are looking for career-minded retail professionals (our True Crew!) who are passionate about fashion and bridal.  

 The position:

• Provide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party members . 
• Work one on one with brides to create the perfect bridal style for their wedding day. 
• Build relationships with brides throughout the entire cycle of the experience. 
• Assist bridesmaids and other party members with their dress selection , sizing, and ordering. 
• Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and other add-on items or services. 
• Consistently achieve and maintain sales goals as set by management. 
• Assist with implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales, new technology and merchandising. 
• Participate and assist with organising in-store events, bridal promotions , and seasonal trunk shows. 
• Maintain high level of store standards by maintaining a clean and well- organised store. 
• Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion or related degree OR Minimum 1-2 years Luxury Retail Sales Experience 
• Available Monday - Friday & the occasional Saturday.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to prospect and close retail sales. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently. 
• Avalibly to quickly develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends. 
• Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of fashion and bridal fashion. 
• Ability to always maintain a fashion-forward and professional appearance. 
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to self-manage working effectively to a deadline. 
• A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask. 
• Ability to adapt to change in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment . 
• Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 10 kgs, kneel, stand and work on feet most of the time.
