Please read carefully before purchasing with Princess Collection, if you have any question please ask a Princess Collection staff member.
Princess Collection is not required to provide a refund or replacement if the customer:
- Changes their mind
- Finds the item cheaper
- Decides there is no use for the purchased item
But the customer can choose a refund or exchange if there is a major problem with the product, before the product leaves the showroom. There will be no refund or exchange given after the product is paid and collected from Princess Collection. If the problem is not major Princess Collection will provide the repair at no cost to the consumer. For a refund, exchange or repair the customer must provide a copy of the original invoice otherwise Princess Collection will not be able to provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Alterations are an additional service at Princess Collection. There is a set price list for alterations and quotes are available. When the client decides to proceed with alterations there will be a nonrefundable 50% deposit required, before the garment will be altered. The 50% deposit will be required on the first fitting. No garments will be altered until the garment is paid in full.
If Princess Collection has a promotion or discounted any garments and the payments have not been made in a reasonable manner, and Princess Collection have verbally and written to the client these discounts will be forfeited and the whole amount will be applied to the customer’s account.
Princess Collection will not provide a refund or exchange on any “special orders”, as these orders are customized orders per the preference of the client, and cannot be resold as the size, color and height may have been changed to accommodate the customers’ requirements.
If the client decides to cancel their order there will be no compensation and any deposit, money paid toward their purchase will be 100% forfeited, and if there is no deposit put down on the day that the invoice was finaised there will be $100 administration fee.
If the client has required multiple fittings, usage of the garment whilst on lay by; Princess Collection will charge the client a sum of five hundred dollars, to have the accountant cancel the order, for the garment to be professionally cleaned, and to compensate Princess Collection for the time given in each fitting which takes anywhere from half an hour- two-point five hour each fitting.
If the client is ordering a product please be aware Princess Collection will do everything to maintain the ordered product, if there is a situation where the product does not arrive in good enough time prior to the event date of the client Princess Collection will offer the client a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement of good to the nearest description.
If the product is needing to be processed If Princess Collection has provided a fitting service, meaning the client has used a sample garment to try on, and a Princess Collection staff member has taken personal measurement’s this will occur a fitting fee of $150.00 per person week days however on a Sunday the price increase to $250.00 if you decide to go ahead with the purchase their will be no charge
If there is a missed appointment with the dress maker/ seamstress there will be an appointment fee of $100.00 per missed appointment, as the dress maker is only available by appointment only.
